Butterless Bliss started with Nina’s love for baking and her passion for creating healthier desserts. After training at a reputed baking institute, she began her journey to craft cakes that are both delicious and guilt-free.
She noticed that many people were looking for eggless and vegan options but had very limited choices available. That’s when she decided to specialize in plant-based cakes and bring something truly different to the city.
What began in a small home kitchen soon grew through word of mouth, with happy customers spreading the love. Today, Butterless Bliss has its own store at Bhilai Civic Centre, making it easier for customers to experience fresh bakes anytime.
With convenient pickup and delivery available within a 10–20 km radius, Nina is on a mission to become the go-to vegan baker in Bhilai and Raipur.
